MASSIMO DELLE CESE Presented by MIGF 2020

The 2020 Miami International GuitART Festival presents virtuoso Italian guitarist Massimo Delle Cese in a solo concert, performing a program of works by J.S. Bach, Mauro Giuliani, Isaac Albeniz, Simone Iannarelli, Joaquin Rodrigo, Antonio Lauro, and Ernesto Nazareth. Prizewinner in international competitions, Massimo Delle Cese has been concertizing extensively around the world and acclaimed by both audiences and critics for his brilliant performances. MIGF 2020: Lutorama by David Dolata

The 2020 Miami International GuitART Festival presents a lecture on “Lutorama” by lutenist and musicologist David Dolata who will take you on a tour through his lutes where he explains the instrument’s evolution in response to the repertoire and the differences among them and plays some Renaissance and Baroque pieces on each of them. MIGF 2020: Masterclass by Bekir Kucukay

The 2020 Miami International GuitART Festival presents a masterclass conducted by guitarist Bekir Kucukay, for whom aspired guitarists will perform and receive lessons in front of an audience. All masterclasses are open to the public for viewing. To enroll as an active participant and perform in the masterclass, go to the MIGF website. Kaufman Concerto Premiere with Mesut Ozgen & Kameristika Presented by MIGF 2020

The 2020 Miami International GuitART Festival kicks off with the “KAUFMAN CONCERTO PREMIERE” concert at the FIU Wertheim Concert Hall. A new guitar concerto commissioned BY MIGF from the award-winning composer Fredrick Kaufman to be premiered by the Kameristika Chamber Orchestra, conducted by Maestro Javier Jose Mendoza, with virtuoso guitarist Mesut Özgen as soloist. Chopin For All Free Concert - Dominic Muzzi

The winner of the 2019 Music Teachers National Association Young Artists Competition, the 2018-2019 season has been immensely successful for Dominic Muzzi, having also earned the gold medal and first prize in the 68th Wideman International Piano Concerto Competition. Chopin For All Free Concert - Lukas Krupinski Presented by Chopin Foundation of the US

Polish pianist and Commemorative Medal Honoree of the Frederic Chopin University of Music, Lucas Krupinski also has twice been a laureate of the Minister of Culture and National Heritage Prize for remarkable artistic accomplishments (2013, 2014), a recipient of the Minister of Culture and National Heritage Scholarship (2015) and the Krystian Zimerman Foundation Scholarship (2015).
