Introspective, Flamenco Guitar Concert By Jose Luis De La Paz Presented by MDCA

Award-winning guitarist José Luis presents a brand new work, “Introspective.” 2020 was a year marked by a pandemic, but it also exposed a society in decline and a spiritually impoverished world that cries for change yet is not quite sure of what it wants. It has been a long time since humankind has experienced such a high degree of fragility. It seems that we have lost our North, that we are not capable of taking the reins of this absurd and sordid chaos. Introspective is born amid this absurd and surreal moment. It is born under a necessity provoked by solitude and distance and from a completely personal vision of this “new reality”, of packed trains and of empty theatre, of face masks and hand sanitizer, and confinements.
